Find a plumber
Find a local plumber for the job
Tell us what is happening, where the house is and how soon it needs doing. A person at HyrePlumber reads it and answers your question. Matching with plumbing companies is still being built, and no company gets your details until you agree.
- No cost, and no obligation to hire anyone
- No plumbing company gets your details until you agree
- Not a dispatch line: nobody is sent to your house
Water running now? Shut off the main water valve, then call a local plumber directly.
Smell gas? Leave the building, then call 911 or the gas utility from outside.

Find a Local Plumber
Three short steps: the problem, your home, and how to reach you. A person at HyrePlumber reads it and replies.
What happens after I send it?
We reply by email. We call only if you give a number and check the consent box. When we can introduce plumbing companies in your area, we name each one and ask you first. Until then, the reply is our answer to your question, not a quote.
How HyrePlumber works sets out each step, and how plumbing companies will be checked explains the checks planned before any introduction, and what no check can tell you.
What makes an inquiry easy to answer?
- What you can see. Where the water shows up, what it looks like, any sound or smell. “Water behind the toilet after every flush” can be answered; “toilet broken” cannot.
- Whether water is running now. Running water needs the main shut off and a local plumber today, not this form.
- When it started, and what changed. A new appliance, a freeze, recent work in the house, or a change in pressure shortens the list of causes.
- Photos and the data plate. One close photo and one wider one. For a water heater, softener or pump, photograph the whole label with the model and serial number.
Questions before you send it
Is this a service call?
No. Sending the form does not book a visit or put anyone on the way. A person at HyrePlumber reads it and replies. If water is running now, shut off the main and call a local plumber directly.
Does it cost anything to use this?
No. The form costs nothing and commits you to nothing: not a plumber, not a repair and not a visit. Every guide and all eleven plumbing tools work without it.
Who will contact me?
HyrePlumber, first. Matching with plumbing companies is still being built. Where we can introduce plumbers serving your area, we tell you first, and no company gets your details until you agree.
Will my details be sold?
No. We do not sell lists or run lead auctions, and introducing you to a company you asked to meet is not a sale. The privacy policy explains what we store, and the lead quality standard sets out our rules.
Do I have to give a phone number?
No. The phone field is optional, and the form sends without it. We only call or text if you check the consent box.
I smell gas. Should I fill this in?
No. Leave the building now, without using switches, phones or flames inside, and call 911 or the gas utility from outside. Gas line services explains what comes after.
Can you tell me what the job will cost?
No. We have not seen the house, the access or the pipe, and we publish no national average. What sets the price of plumbing work shows the lines a quote should list, so two quotes can be compared.
How many quotes will I get, and how fast?
We promise neither, because matching is still being built. If you need a plumber this week, calling local companies yourself is faster. Take the questions from how to choose a plumber with you.
Not ready yet? Nothing here is gated.
